Exchange Policy

We offer 7-day exchanges from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and provide refunds if:

You receive a damaged item.
You receive a defective product.
You receive an incorrect item.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photographs of the issue along with your order number to:

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Worn or washed garments
Items without original tags
Items damaged after delivery
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Customized or altered products

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as possible.

If the requested size is unavailable, we'll offer:

Store credit, or
An alternative available size or product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Iman Mawaz will cover the return shipping cost.
For size exchanges or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the courier charges.
